So I had the weekend off and decided last minute to drive out from Dallas to Marfa, TX. I wanted to time lapse the stars and drone the mountains and town. The video above is a little bit of what I captured during my short stay.
The time lapse shot settings at night were F2.8, ISO 3200, Shutter 15". I think in the future I will switch to 1600 ISO and 25" due to noise from the high ISO setting. I shot at 16mm and made sure to photograph something interesting in the foreground to give context to the Earths rotation.
